What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Associate Director or Director of Engineering role leading larger, multi-team engineering organizations at scale, with responsibility for strategy, delivery transformation, platform modernization, and high-performing global teams.

At Morningstar Sustainalytics, I lead globally distributed engineering teams delivering data, SaaS, and sustainability solutions for investment and financial-services clients. I manage strategy, delivery, technology investment, and a $700K annual budget across 18 engineers.

I've led AI-enabled automation that reduced a four-hour daily workflow to two minutes and saved $175K annually, while improving data accuracy to 99.15%. I also transitioned 15 projects from Shenzhen to Mumbai remotely during COVID-19 and am now pursuing Associate Director or Director of Engineering leadership roles.
