At National fertilizer limited, I worked as a Graduate Apprentice trainnee in the Urea Plant, supporting MITSUI TOATSU TOTAL RECYLE C IMPROVED Process (PLC) operations. Under supervision, I handled ammonia feed pump and booster pump startups, along with pump and strainer changeovers.

I also handled air compressor startups under supervision and learned about urea prilling nozzle changeovers.

In the Ammonia Plant, I worked as a Graduate trainee on the HALDOR TOATSU Process (DCS), monitoring reformer tube temperatures and learning reformer startup ignition under supervision. I also handled the rumbling process on a heat exchanger and learned condensate strainer changeovers under guidance.

I hold a B.Tech in Chemical engineering from CHHATRAPATI SHAHU JI MAHARAJ UNIVERSITY KANPUR. My project was Manufacturing of Ammonia from Naptha, and I completed summer training in Petroleum refinery engineering.
