On Maglo, I addressed consistency and latency challenges across CRM microservices, and introduced cursor-based pagination for large datasets. Composite indexing reduced report build time by 60%.
For Medway, I fixed duplicate payment charges and webhook delivery failures, and optimized content listing queries to reduce database round trips by 30%. I also designed asynchronous task pipelines for notifications and image processing.
