I coordinate schedules, crews, locations, equipment, budgets, vendors, talent, and delivery across large-scale TV and digital productions.
Alongside production, I've led sales at Amaron and operations at Kkaladham, handling client relationships, inventory, dispatch, staff scheduling, reporting, and cross-department workflows.
