I led end-to-end production for Ubuntu Creations, delivering branded, corporate and digital video projects for Netflix, Mindspace, Abhi & Niyu, and the Gujarat Government's Ujjwala Yojana campaign.
I've managed budgets, crew hiring, vendor negotiations, location recces, casting, schedules, shoot execution, post-production and final delivery. I work closely with clients, directors, creatives, freelancers and production partners to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
At Sandiip Sickand Films, I coordinated daily television production across 190 episodes and led a three-member creative team across casting, art, costume, production and post-production.
I also produced 12+ marketing videos and a narrative-led brand film for Mumbai Mewa Masala Association, contributing to a 15% sales increase versus the previous edition. More recently, I've applied my production and creative background to marketing research, campaign concepts, B2B prospecting and client communication.
