At YES BANK, I evaluate large-corporate credit proposals, assess financial statements, cash flows, and debt-servicing capacity, and prepare credit appraisal memos for sanctioning authorities.

I work with relationship managers and risk teams on deal structuring, covenant setting, and limit approvals, with underwriting aligned to RBI guidelines. My sector exposure includes pharmaceuticals, agro trading, pipes and cables, capital goods, and ports and shipping.

Before banking, I trained at KPMG (BSR & Co. LLP), supporting statutory audits for banking, private equity, and venture capital clients. I'm a Chartered Accountant with experience in Ind AS, US GAAP, internal controls, compliance, valuation, and financial analysis.
