I'm looking for an organization that values hard work, trusts me with responsibilities and challenges, and lets me strengthen community wellbeing through social protection, healthcare awareness, and elderly care programs.

I've supported community wellbeing through social protection and elderly care programs at The Hans Foundation and HelpAge India.

At The Hans Foundation, I conducted soft-skills and preventive healthcare awareness sessions, coordinated with ASHA and ANM field staff, monitored program data, and maintained compliance records.

I also mobilized students for school awareness sessions, documented field stories for impact reporting, and supported timely digital-system updates.

Through HelpAge India's Day Care Centre and Home Care Module pilot, I trained communities in elderly care, including personal care, medication management, mobility assistance, empathy, and communication.
