What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build production AI, NLP, and autonomous-agent solutions end to end, contributing across architecture, machine learning, full-stack development, deployment, and technical mentorship. I'm open to immediate relocation across Europe.

At OREL Services, I build end-to-end AI platforms including Elite Recrute, an AI-powered recruitment product that parses 10,000+ resumes in minutes and matches candidates to jobs at 94% precision.

I've developed autonomous agents for candidate communication, interview orchestration, job monitoring, sourcing, and LinkedIn marketing, reducing manual follow-ups by 100% and accelerating talent acquisition workflows by 60%. I own architecture, development, testing, deployment, and mentorship across Python, FastAPI, React, Node.js, Docker, LLMs, and cloud or on-premise environments.

Previously, I delivered a production CNN recognition model at MedSelec with 92% mAP and built independent web and mobile products. I'm also developing AgroWatch, applying machine learning to agricultural market intelligence, pricing forecasts, logistics optimization, and trade automation.
