What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving financial and payment operations through data analysis, risk management, compliance, reconciliations, merchant onboarding, and cross-functional problem-solving.

At innRoad, I manage merchant onboarding, risk assessments, chargebacks, payment-device configuration, and anomaly reviews for the innRoad Payments platform.

I analyse platform performance weekly and monthly, present findings to leadership, and maintain risk and compliance guidelines for card-processing products. I also serve as the key contact for teams and merchants when payment issues arise.

Previously at Zindigi and Nemesis Asset Management, I handled payroll, bank and portfolio reconciliations, account opening, transaction processing, loan disbursements, trade settlement, and operational reporting. My work has supported accurate financial records across payments, funds, and managed accounts.

My foundation at S&P Global Market Intelligence included financial data research, data-quality work, UAT, client reporting, product-enhancement recommendations, and technical troubleshooting. I use data analysis to investigate operational issues and support business decisions.
