At Agoda in Bangkok, Thailand, I lead analytics and operations work as a Senior Analytics Specialist | Supply (RMO). I designed and launched Dexter, a Tableau automation product adopted globally by BDM, standardizing executive slide generation and cutting presentation prep time by 50%+. I also built and scaled a Breach Alert System that reduced contractual breaches by 80% and delivered real-time Campaign Performance Alerts for immediate corrective action.

I build end-to-end pipelines (ETL → data mart → BI layer) using Python, SQL, and BigQuery/GCP, and I optimize BigQuery performance and cost through SQL tuning and dataset redesign. I bring experimentation and governance rigor too—leading A/B experiments, UAT and multi-version releases, and data governance frameworks—while applying GenAI-assisted workflows to automate routine insights without compromising data quality.
