At Sumeru Technology Solutions, I deliver three simultaneous product streams for a global non-profit platform live across 138 countries. I progressed from intern to full-time Associate Business Analyst after six months.

I own requirements for Stripe Elements payment flows, GDPR-facing journeys, CRM integrations, transactional email logic, and back-office invoicing and regional compliance. I turn stakeholder needs into user stories, specifications, journey maps, wireframes, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can deliver with clarity.

I’ve supported global websites on Shopamine across 130+ countries and managed country-specific localisation across language, UX, content, and compliance. I also design chatbot intents, conversation flows, and fallback scenarios for key customer journeys.

I run sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, PI demos, and structured client feedback cycles while coordinating 10–20 international stakeholders. I build SOPs, risk summaries, and status reporting that keep delivery aligned across teams and geographies.
