I’m a highly motivated Information Technology professional combining UI/UX design with process management, product management, and quality assurance to create sustainable, high-impact digital outcomes. I bring end-to-end ownership—from requirement gathering to workflows, prototyping, UX research, testing, and continuous improvement—so products ship with clarity and confidence.

As a UI/UX Designer & Systems Analyst at Octans Digital (Jan 2024–Present), I focus on understanding user needs through requirement gathering and documentation. I create BRDs and FRDs, design lo-fi and hi-fi UI, build application prototypes, and develop complete end-to-end UX workflows that translate directly into build-ready experiences.

Before this, I served as an SQA Engineer & Project Manager (Oct 2022–Jan 2024), where I handled Quality Assurance of digital products and projects. I performed black box and white box testing, conducted UX testing, implemented and improved testing workflows, and led product and project management for multiple products while applying Agile project management practices.

Earlier, I led quality strategy and governance at Khazana Enterprise Limited (Jan 2022–Oct 2022), managing ISO-aligned processes and leading quality work for major systems (CRM, ticket management system, and PEHEL Mobile App). As an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and IRCA-accredited Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) professional, I planned, developed, documented, and maintained process frameworks, created a ~200-page Process Manual presented to government officials, and supported achieving ISO 9001 and ISO 18295 certifications—while managing a nation-wide team of about 20 QA analysts.
