What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level Java or backend development role where I can build secure Spring Boot applications, strengthen full-stack skills, and grow through hands-on engineering work and mentorship.

I've built secure, role-based Java applications for leave management and employee appraisal workflows using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and MySQL.

In my Employee Leave Management System, I designed multi-level approvals for employees, managers, and HR, automated leave-balance calculations, and added conflict detection to protect staffing availability.

For an Employee Performance & Appraisal Management System, I developed goal-setting and review workflows, a weighted KPI rating engine, immutable appraisal audit trails, and JWT-secured REST APIs.

I'm pursuing an MCA while completing an AICTE-recognized Java Full Stack Developer virtual internship through EduSkills Academy, strengthening my Java, Spring Boot, full-stack, testing, and Git-based development foundations.
