At Bhardwaj Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., I spearheaded end-to-end site execution, workforce operations, and rigorous timeline management at Barjora North Coal Mines. I used operational data and analytics to optimize logistics, drastically reduce project downtime, and ensure compliance with strict safety standards while coordinating cross-functional site teams as the primary liaison between corporate executives and field operations.

Alongside my operational leadership, I bring a BBA in Analytics (Finance minor) plus an execution-oriented analytics toolkit—Python, Tableau, Power BI, and R Programming.
