Provide remote credit risk advisory and loan portfolio management to global financial institutions, leveraging 19+ years of BFSI experience across SME, commercial, and agri lending. Previously managed ₹500+ crore portfolios, implementing NPA discipline and KPI/MIS-driven risk monitoring across credit cycles.

Led SME and LAP loan portfolio management for Pune district, supporting client turnover up to ₹300 crore and ticket sizes up to ₹30 crore. Handled ticket sizes of ₹25 lac to ₹500 lac and contributed to portfolio monitoring, compliance reviews, and MIS reporting, earning Best RM West Zone (2013–14) and Best SRM West Zone (2014–15).

Managed the Agri collections portfolio, driving PNPA and NPA targets through delinquency control and collections execution. Built capability in MIS reporting and credit-administration support across multiple loan types.

Earned a B.Sc. (Agriculture) from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth (MPKV) in Rahuri, Maharashtra.
