What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a position within a reputed organization offering opportunities to gain valuable experience and exposure to diverse environments. I want to keep expanding my abilities, embracing new challenges, and continuously learning while developing personally and professionally.

I’m a Manager - Business Intelligence at Royal Ceramic Lanka PLC, where I lead BI systems that support business decision-making through accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

I started as a Business Intelligence Analyst in 2014, progressed to Assistant Manager - Business Intelligence in 2018, and was elevated to Manager - Business Intelligence in 2022. I design and develop Business Intelligence solutions in collaboration with decision-makers and end users to define business requirements and resolve system issues.

I manage data analysis, reporting, and system enhancements while evaluating BI effectiveness and delivering strategic recommendations. I also oversee administrative functions like creating system users, assigning licenses, and training end users for modified and new systems, including guided junior staff and post-training support.

Alongside my BI leadership, I contribute to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Loyalty Management, defining requirements and system goals, communicating changes to developers, and running training so teams use the program effectively. I’m a Full member of the IIBA® and IOA, and I keep strengthening my analytics capabilities through my MSc in Business Analytics (Distinction) and data analytics certifications.
