What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition or recruitment role where I can contribute to candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and a positive candidate experience while building my skills in headhunting, talent pipelining, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management.

At Innodata India Private Limited, I labelled and annotated datasets for machine learning and AI model training, following detailed project guidelines.

I maintained accurate, consistent work across large volumes of data and collaborated with team members to meet project timelines.

My MBA in International Business from University of Lucknow and training in talent acquisition through HRCI have prepared me to pursue recruitment work, including candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and qualification.

I'm also trained in HR fundamentals through ADP and use LinkedIn, Excel, and Google Workspace. I’m interested in helping candidates have a positive experience while building my skills in talent pipelining, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management.
