At Improtex Industries LLC, I’m the primary point of contact for a major project, gathering technical requirements, answering questions, and sharing updates with customers and stakeholders.
I communicate technical information between customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and production personnel while troubleshooting issues. I also develop technical and wiring documentation and part-numbering systems.
At Art Media Group LLC, I assisted with large-format fabrication equipment troubleshooting and supported client requirements, installations, and on-site support. I’m studying Mechatronics Engineering (Co-op) at Humber Polytechnic and have been named to the Dean’s Honour List.
