I’m a Technical Architect, Grade 1 at Press Ganey Associates LLC, and I’ve also served as a Senior Staff Software Engineer and Technical Lead within the same organization. My work centers on turning complex requirements into clear, maintainable software architecture that teams can build and evolve.

I bring deep hands-on experience across AWS and event-driven systems—building with Amazon Redshift, Amazon SQS, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, and Apache Kafka. I’ve also worked on microservices and reliability-focused integrations where architecture decisions directly impact performance and operability.

Security and identity are core to my approach. I’ve implemented and guided solutions using Spring Security, Spring Boot, SAML 2.0, Okta Single Sign-On, and related enterprise authentication patterns to help ensure systems are secure by design.

Earlier in my career, I worked across Java Enterprise Edition and web application development (including RESTful WebServices, Servlets, JSP, and Hibernate), and then moved into broader architecture leadership roles. I enjoy aligning engineering execution with solid software architecture principles and practical delivery.
