At ServiceNow, I’m architecting an enterprise IAM solution with ServiceNow as the access-request frontend and SailPoint IdentityIQ as the provisioning backend. I’m delivering Access Request management and leaver workflows, including Contractor Leaver Management.

I designed entitlement data-loading pipelines and custom SailPoint rule tasks to keep SURF tables synchronized for entitlement reporting and compliance. I’m also leading the IdentityIQ upgrade from 8.2p2 to 8.5p1.

At GlaxoSmithKline, I integrated SailPoint Access Management with ServiceNow using SCIM workflows and REST APIs. I also developed ticketing mechanisms for disconnected application access requests and mentored junior developers.

At PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Service Delivery, I built SailPoint Identity Security Cloud workflows for non-standard account onboarding, integrating Azure webhooks and PowerShell scripts to automate account creation. Earlier at Cognizant Technology Solutions, I developed SailPoint IIQ workflows, Quicklinks, and lifecycle processes across client projects.
