I configure and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, connectors, access requests, certifications, provisioning, and de-provisioning. My work includes Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, birthright access, Active Directory, SAP HR, aggregation, and production troubleshooting.
More recently, I supported Tradebeyond (TCHIBO) with an enterprise SailPoint IIQ implementation, working with stakeholders on requirements, approval routing, testing, and operational issue resolution.
