I’m a SailPoint IIQ-focused IAM professional with “Around 7 years of IT experience” across Capgemini and Deloitte US India. For the past “4 years,” I’ve specialized in “implementation and Support” of SailPoint & Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, bringing operational management, certification work, and team handling to each engagement.

On AT&T’s SailPoint Application Onboarding Team, I drive application onboarding and governance by configuring policies, certifications, and reports in SailPoint IIQ. I work with connector types like “JDBC, LDAP and flat file,” implement “RBAC (Role Based Access Control),” build “provisioning feature” configurations, and create/maintain workflows, rules, and reports (including “uncorrelated account,” “role composition,” and application attribute reporting).

In my support and delivery role, I handle operations across geographically distributed teams under defined “Service Level Agreements (SLA).” I deploy and configure applications in both production and non-production, monitor health using tools like “PagerDuty, Dynatrace and SCON Dashboard,” troubleshoot customer-reported issues, and document solutions in ServiceNow. I also perform health checks during “unix/linux patching, deployments, upgrades,” resolve user access issues, and address task failures.

Earlier, I also strengthened my engineering foundation as a “Java Developer (Capgemini)” for “June 2018 to March 2022,” including “3 Years of Experience in Java application development using Struts2 Framework.” My goal is to keep implementing IAM solutions that meet customer requirements—combining SailPoint deep configuration with reliable engineering discipline to improve governance, compliance, and access outcomes.
