At WHO Academy, I created learning designs for self-paced online courses, including competency-based evaluation activities and course-specific learning analytics. I also wrote storyboards and learning specifications and worked with subject matter experts to develop accessible learning solutions.
For the UNICEF Lebanon project with Forward MENA, I led the instructional design and development of six interactive Basic Digital Literacy modules using Adobe Captivate, then integrated the course into UNICEF's Learning Passport. At The World Bank, I worked with the DIME Analytics team to adapt research course materials for virtual learning.
At WIPO Academy, I developed instructional materials for projects across several regions and created courses in English, French, and Arabic. My earlier work includes designing MOOCs for teachers' professional development and online curricula for university students.
