What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead instructional design, curriculum development, faculty learning, and technology-integrated school improvement work that creates meaningful, culturally relevant learning experiences.

I've led AGBU Schools in Lebanon as School Director, overseeing Lebanese and Foreign Programs, faculty development, curriculum planning, assessment, student support, STEAM, and school communications.

I spearheaded the school's accreditation process, achieving full MSA-CESS accreditation in November 2025 through self-study, standards alignment, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and systematic improvement work.

I've developed and adapted multilingual educational content, including coordinating the Western Armenian adaptation of the AflaYouth social and financial education curriculum with YMCA Lebanon, Aflatoun International, and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.

I also build the school's digital presence through Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, photography, video editing in Filmora, and visual communications in Canva. My background in science teaching, faculty support, and cross-cultural curriculum work keeps me focused on meaningful learning and student success.
