I'm looking to lead manufacturing or operations teams where I can improve production performance, reduce downtime and waste, develop employees, and build self-sufficient teams.

I've led manufacturing teams at MI Windows & Doors and Taylor Windows & Screens, overseeing up to 35 employees and 4 Team Leads while managing production of 2,800–3,000 units per shift.

At Taylor Windows & Screens, I doubled output from 50 to 100 windows per shift by implementing TPM and cut-to-order manufacturing to reduce downtime and scrap. At MI Windows & Doors, I introduced rotating breaks, preventive maintenance, quality systems, root-cause analysis, and safety initiatives that contributed to 65 days without a recordable incident.

I've also built and operated a profitable barbershop with annual revenue growth and a 4.9-star rating, bringing hands-on business operations, team development, and customer service experience to every role.
