Replenishment Analyst at Smith Gardens managing Lowe’s inventory and sales orders for 50 stores.

United States
Message

At Smith Gardens, I analyze store-level sales, inventory, and KPI data to make replenishment decisions and write sales orders for 50 Lowe’s stores. My work focuses on optimizing stock levels while reducing non-sellable inventory.

I manage replenishment for highly seasonal live goods, taking sales trends, key dates, promotional ad breaks, and changing store demand into account. I use Lowe’s IMA, DemandLink/Skulicity, Vendor Gateway, Sage Enterprise, and Power BI to support analysis and reporting.

At Northwest Horticulture, I analyzed sales, inventory, and KPI performance across 104 Lowe’s stores. I managed seasonal store-level inventory and supported forecasting, cost analysis, and ad hoc reporting for the Account Manager.

At ShotLock, I supported new-business development, account management, and data-driven sales efforts that increased annual net sales from approximately $400K to $900K. I also bring advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and SUMIF/SUMIFS.
