I'm currently at CB2, where I build Excel reporting templates that turn weekly sales and business performance into proactive inventory adjustments across multi-region networks. I also serve as the allocation and replenishment SME for the Blue Yonder enterprise integration, defining requirements and workflows with technical teams.

Previously, as an Allocation Analyst at CB2 and a Merchandise Allocator at Claire's, I managed SKU-level replenishment, regional allocation, markdown flows, and seasonal exit strategies. I created automated Excel dashboards to surface inventory risks and sell-through trends, while partnering with planners, warehouses, and vendors to prevent stockouts.

My retail foundation includes visual merchandising leadership at Anthropologie, where I used business metrics and store inventory to guide product placement and floor layouts. I enjoy standardizing processes, training teams, and getting the right product to the right place at the right time.
