At Inspiredu, I lead a six-member development team and oversee volunteer engagement, fundraising, events, and strategic partnerships. I develop strategies that convert engaged volunteers into donors and ambassadors.

I assist the CEO and Development team in achieving $600,000 in total fundraising, and oversee signature events that raise $500,000. I also organize Inspiredu's Salesforce system and manage team projects in Asana.

As Inspiredu's Volunteer Coordinator, I managed recruitment and engagement for a volunteer network exceeding 1,000 people. I developed and launched the Digital Navigator program, contributing to a $200,000 implementation grant.

At Kennesaw State University, I directed service and civic engagement initiatives, chaired conference and service committees, and managed student leadership programs. Earlier, at Florida International University and Georgia Southern University, I coordinated volunteer programs, community partnerships, and leadership and civic engagement work.
