At Crypto.com, I led the 0-to-1 strategy and launch of Crypto.com Web, extending trading from the mobile app to desktop and mobile web.
I scaled the product from the US to global markets, growing daily KYC-approved users threefold to roughly 1,000 per day, reaching 180K+ transacting users and $800M+ in spot trading volume. I also reduced onboarding from 31 to 20 steps, increasing first-transaction conversion by 20% through UX iteration, instrumentation, and A/B testing.
I build reusable eKYC and identity-verification workflows across regulatory jurisdictions and led the migration of approximately one million EU users to a new legal entity while launching EUR fiat on- and off-ramps.
