What I'm looking for

I am seeking an in-house or firm role focused on corporate transactions, contract management, and compliance where I can apply my research and negotiation skills and grow into a senior transactional counsel role.

I am a dedicated commercial lawyer with hands-on experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and contract drafting gained through internships at a corporate law firm and an in-house legal team.

I have provided legal opinions, monitored corporate governance and compliance, and managed contract lifecycle tasks including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and leases.

My background includes conducting in-depth legal research, preparing legal memoranda, supporting court proceedings, and summarizing legislation and case law to inform decision-making.

I bring strong written and verbal communication, client relationship management, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and I am eager to grow further within transactional and compliance-focused legal roles.
