What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead commercial contract work, strengthen compliance and governance, advise on regulatory risk, and grow into senior corporate legal responsibilities.

I am a Legal Practitioner with over three years' experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and corporate contracts within regulated environments. I advise on legal and regulatory risks and support governance and board processes.

I have managed contracts through their full lifecycle, from drafting and execution to obligations monitoring, and conducted legal due diligence with clear risk assessments. I am experienced in maintaining structured digital legal records and compliance documentation.

My practice emphasizes strong judgment, attention to risk, and the ability to adapt quickly to new regulatory frameworks. I have supported litigation preparation, compliance checks, and prepared legal and compliance documentation for governance processes.

I hold an LLB from the University of Zimbabwe and am pursuing an MBA at Midlands State University. I am a registered legal practitioner with the Law Society of Zimbabwe and seek roles where I can apply commercial law expertise and support corporate governance and compliance initiatives.
