I’m looking for a senior role in online market research where I can lead cross-functional delivery, improve process efficiency and data quality, and use API/automation to scale projects—while mentoring teams and partnering closely with clients and vendors.

I’m a professional with 10+ years in online market research and project management, focused on process improvement, data accuracy, and client relationship management. I lead end-to-end online market research projects across FMCG, automotive, and healthcare, while keeping delivery on time, on budget, and on quality.

In my current Senior Manager role, I coordinate cross-regional teams for high-volume tracker and ad-hoc studies, manage budget allocations, and report performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities to executive leadership. I’ve also established strategic alliances and implemented API panel integrations to improve profitability.
