I’m a Law graduate with practical exposure in legal compliance and regulatory affairs gained through my work with a leading NBFC/AMC environment. I bring strong analytical documentation skills, corporate-law fundamentals, and a compliance-first mindset to legal teams.

In my role, I supported title verification and due diligence by examining chain title documents, identifying title defects, encumbrances, and missing ownership links. I also handled scrutiny of property documents and title search reports, ensuring loan-related decisions were grounded in legal soundness.

I worked closely with loan teams by producing and interpreting Legal Scrutiny reports (LSR), advising on a property’s legal viability. I contributed to mortgage and charge documentations, and assisted with drafting and vetting agreements and legal documents across stakeholders.

Beyond documentation, I strengthened my legal and operational capabilities through regulatory compliances, coordination with legal counsels and external legal vendors, and vendor management from records to reporting. I’m now eager to contribute to high-impact projects in a globally reputed firm while continuing to grow as a legal compliance and risk advisory professional.
