I’m looking for healthcare support, telehealth, or customer service opportunities where I can blend RN clinical knowledge with empathetic client communication, strong documentation, and reliable remote collaboration to deliver excellent outcomes and satisfaction.

I’m a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with BNSc, focused on patient care, clinical support, and health education across multiple specialties, including medical-surgical, maternal health, mental health, and community nursing. In my internship at Federal Medical Center Makurdi (FMC), I document labour progress, support delivery preparation, monitor post-vaccination reactions, and educate patients on post-operative care and complication signs.

I also bring strong customer-facing experience as a Remote Customer Service Representative at ABC Solutions, where I handle inbound and outbound communications, resolve complaints with empathy, and use CRM tools to track client interactions. I’m now looking for opportunities in healthcare support, telehealth, or customer service roles that let me apply both clinical knowledge and service excellence, especially in remote settings.
