I prepare Shipping Instructions, plan container stuffing schedules, and supervise loading to meet shipment specifications and terminal cut-off times. I also monitor transporter performance and conduct stock checks to help prevent delays.
I use SAP S/4HANA for sales order processing, transport planning, and month-end logistics closing. I also ensure shipments meet special export requirements, including Kosher and Fosfa requirements.
Earlier, I worked as an Operations Assistant in a family-owned grocery business, where I implemented a FIFO inventory system. As an Accounts Payable Assistant at PT Mutiara Ritelinti Wira (Price Smart / Club Store), I processed invoices and used JD Edwards for data entry and journal processing.
