I've supported UN Women Georgia since 2013, managing financial transactions, budget planning, donor reporting, controls, project closures, partner advances, and audit documentation across country operations.
As Finance Analyst OIC for UN Women ECARO, I oversaw Atlas/Quantum transactions, vouchers, payroll, travel claims, month- and year-end closures, and pre-audit preparation. I also provided guidance and technical supervision to regional and country-office finance staff.
Earlier, I managed administrative, HR, procurement, travel, and finance operations at UNIFEM and supported WHO's TB Control Program across Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. I've trained implementing partners, developed SOPs, coordinated multi-country activities, and helped deliver audits with zero major findings.
