What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design research-led mobile and web products where I can turn user insights into clear workflows, scalable design systems, and measurable improvements.

At AJAX Systems, I designed a centralized beta testing platform to replace fragmented communication and reporting workflows. My research and MVP strategy targeted a projected 70% reduction in testing management time and a 50% increase in tester retention.

I redesigned AJAX’s end-to-end bug-report flow, reducing report completion time from about seven minutes to three through usability testing. I also aligned tester and manager experiences, contributing to 40% greater process automation and 50% greater tester involvement.

I bring the same research-led approach to product concepts including Google Maps, the ChatGPT sidebar, and a coffee-ordering app. I turn interviews, observation, and competitor insights into clearer information architecture, streamlined flows, and scalable interface systems.
