At Fairmarkit, I own end-to-end design for procurement features, from discovery and hypothesis validation through prototyping, usability testing, and developer handoff. I design supplier discovery, sourcing, and bid-comparison workflows, including AI-assisted experiences and data-heavy dashboards.

At Soter Analytics LTD, I led the design cycle for SoterAI, a SaaS AI platform built from scratch, and delivered its design system. I also designed the SoterTask mobile app redesign, where engagement rose from 6/10 to 9/10 and support requests dropped to near zero.

At Build Resource, I led an e-commerce redesign that increased conversion by 27% within three months. I used research, funnel analysis, and A/B testing to improve product discovery and checkout.
