What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a data-focused role where I can apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights while continuing to grow.

I've built data-driven projects spanning groundwater arsenic estimation, heart disease prediction, credit card fraud detection, and Bay of Bengal cyclone analysis.

For my groundwater arsenic project, I conducted a simulation study based on published Bayesian research and compared a Bayesian predictive approach with two Horvitz–Thompson estimators. I also analysed post-COVID student learning outcomes across Indian states to identify trends that could support education-related decisions.

I'm completing an M.Sc. in Statistics at West Bengal State University, following a B.Sc. in Statistics & Data Analytics from Adamas University.

I use R, Python, MySQL, Excel, and visualization tools to clean data, test hypotheses, build classification and regression models, and communicate clear findings. I'm eager to bring my analytical foundation in biostatistics, predictive analytics, and statistical modelling to a data-focused role.
