I am looking for a role where I can lead contract management or legal compliance work, mentor teams, improve processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a collaborative setting.

I am a senior legal and contract management professional with extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial and clinical contracts. I have specialized in identifying, analyzing, and quantifying R&D tax credit benefits and producing engagement letters, amendments, phased reports and legal memoranda to support client outcomes.

I have led and mentored teams of 10–12 members, developed templates, playbooks, training materials and delivered project-specific training while implementing process improvements to boost individual and team productivity.
