At Hastings Direct, I delivered a GPT-4-based intent-routing solution for the Messenger chatbot after finding its built-in Copilot recognition insufficient. I also modernised the team's Azure pipelines with reusable Python code and improved execution logging.

I led CI/CD and version-control improvements for the Copilot Messenger project, and built a VS Code extension to make routine variable changes safer. I also integrated Microsoft Teams with ServiceNow for real-time change-request notifications and approvals.

Before becoming an Automation Engineer, I worked as a Software Developer at Hastings Direct, building REST APIs, automated testing and data-validation tools. Earlier, I built Android apps, including RCC Column Design, which reached 150,000+ downloads and a 4.5-star rating.
