At Telesio, I lead the development team and own the architecture of a user-provisioning platform for a French non-profit organisation. It creates, updates, renames, and deactivates Salesforce users from contact records, while keeping identities in sync with Active Directory.
I designed and implemented the platform’s backup and contingency plan with Odaseva, and set up and run its CI/CD process. I also deliver integrations and fixes, including address validation, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning Web Components for dynamic portal forms.
At Spoon Consulting Ltd, I led a 10-person team building a configurable rules engine for an automotive client to search garages and book appointments. I also led a project managing car-parts stock, supply, and delivery across multiple suppliers.
I spent almost 10 years in Salesforce consulting at Spoon Consulting Ltd, including as Practice Leader for Banking & Insurance. I work across the project life cycle, from business goals and solution design through development, integration, migration, and go-live; I hold six Salesforce certifications and an MBA in Project Management.
