I've also overseen performance appraisal, pay and benefits programmes, salary reviews, policy handbooks, job descriptions, exit interviews, and legal compliance. My work focuses on creating a positive working environment while aligning people practices with business strategy.

Previously at Somon Air LLC, I recruited staff by partnering with hiring managers, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, completing reference checks, and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients. I also supported the CEO as a personal assistant, managing correspondence, travel, meetings, reports, databases, and administrative systems.

My background also includes customer service, editorial support, translation, office management, and English teaching. I work fluently in English and Russian, with Spanish and Persian language skills.
