@ruhinaghassan

I support students and communities through gender equity, empowerment, and policy-focused development work.

What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role where I can strengthen my skills and knowledge while advancing gender policies, equity, and empowerment in Pakistan through meaningful student and community support.

I've supported customers and teams as a Supervisor on Abacus Consultancy's CreamNow project in Lahore, handling inquiries, complaints, follow-ups, and product-service issues.

I work with CSRs and other departments to identify appropriate solutions and help ensure consumers remain satisfied.

My academic work in Gender & Development Studies includes research on intolerance among university students and gender differences in perceptions of sexual harassment in higher educational institutes.

I'm seeking to contribute to gender policies in Pakistan through work that advances equity, empowerment, and student support for communities.
