I also lead audit-ready UAT planning, release management, and sprint governance while aligning quality and security tooling across the lifecycle (SonarQube, Sentry, OWASP ZAP VAPT).
I’ve led AWS Partner Program audit delivery with a 100% competency pass rate across GenAI and SMB, and I’ve served as PMO Auditor—sustaining a 90% PMO compliance score under my governance. I directly manage a 9-person cross-functional team and have delivered live SaaS products across UAE, Japan, Germany, and India.
