At Nike, I led global compensation, equity, and benefits accounting operations and close processes as Director, Accounting. By navigating ambiguity in system design and upstream billing processes, I defined accounting requirements, resolved open issues, and helped accelerate go-live readiness—redesigning the parallel-run accounting review process to reduce turnaround time from more than one week to one day—while partnering across Accounting, IT, FP&A, and operations.
