I’m a Medical Coding Quality Analyst with 10 years of experience in home health, currently working as a QA since 2022. I combine deep coding expertise with strong organizational skills to help teams deliver accurate, guideline-based results.

I’m extremely knowledgeable in Medical Coding guidelines and coding techniques, with a strong focus on ICD-10-CM. I handle inpatient coding and Home Health coding including level 2, level 2.5, POC, discharge, and hospice, along with HCC coding.

My workflow strength includes advanced knowledge of OASIS and POC, plus solid clinical foundations from Anatomy & Physiology, Advanced Medical Terminology, Psychology, and Pharmacology. I ensure coding decisions align with the documentation and the required standards.

I also take pride in mentoring coders: I’ve provided guidance and training as a QA and continue to support coders with agency instructions and platform-specific requirements. I’m certified in Board Certified Home Health-Coding ICD 9/10, and I’m dedicated to professionalism, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
