What I'm looking for

I want to advance as an IP medical coding professional and DRG auditor, working in a challenging environment where I can use my coding expertise to maintain high accuracy, support quality audits, and grow in a focused, learning-driven atmosphere.

I work as a medical coding professional with a focus on IP medical coding and DRG auditing, bringing practical expertise in ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and DRGs. I’m motivated by challenging environments where I can apply my coding knowledge and consistently improve coding quality.

From 2019 to 2022, I worked as a Senior medical coder at Omega healthcare, handling day-to-day coding responsibilities with strong accuracy. I currently work as a Client Quality Auditor at AGS Healthcare (till date), where I support quality through audit and review workflows tied to coding performance.

I rely on solid foundations in medical coding guidelines, anatomy and physiology, and medical terminology to deliver reliable results. I’m also experienced with HPF, CAC, 3M 360, and Epic, and I’m well versed in clinical documentation areas including Cardiac Cath, Spinal fusion, and orthopedic charts—while meeting daily targets with 95% accuracy.
