I delivered 8+ process and system change initiatives covering areas such as pricing, credit controls, approvals and reporting.
I owned requirements-to-go-live for a WooCommerce-ERP integration, writing 38+ test scenarios and supporting users through UAT. I also documented processes for a new-entity implementation at Naifong Group, validated 7 customised financial and MIS reports, and authored a Business Central reporting guide.
