At The ESG Institute, I work with clients to turn sustainability priorities into structured requirements, gap analyses and transformation roadmaps. I directed a CSRD readiness programme for a consumer SME and designed a stakeholder engagement framework for a Welsh commercial resort.

With SAP UK, I led an MBA consultancy workstream on Generative AI for sustainability, identifying and prioritising use cases for circular economy challenges in fashion. I developed two priority use cases, embedded Responsible AI considerations and delivered implementation recommendations.

Earlier, at Mobily Infotech, I led an IT transformation project and coordinated the migration of more than 100 products across 10 core systems. My experience also includes delivering technology transformation projects at Ericsson India Global Services and process enhancement work at Verizon India Data Services.
